This is a legal agreement between the end-user ("you" or "Student") and Typemaster regarding the use of our typing and shorthand web platform. By registering an account or using Typemaster, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Upon successful payment, subscription plans are automatically activated inside the dashboard. In rare scenarios where automated activation fails, validation checks are resolved by the administrator within 24–48 hours after submitting payment proof.
We offer free previews and trial typing sessions to ensure students evaluate the tool fully before purchase. Once payment is made, refunds are not provided unless there is a duplicate transaction or we fail to activate your license. Processed refunds, where approved, take up to 7 business days.
All practice exercises, exams, and notes on Typemaster are built to help students prepare for government examinations. However, mark distribution, grading criteria, and difficulty levels may vary in final exams. We make no warranty that students will achieve specific scores or pass actual government boards. Typemaster is not liable for data loss, session interruption, or browser compatibility issues.
All disputes and claims arising under this agreement will be resolved through amicable direct discussions first. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of India, under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
